Upon your planet there seems to be this desire to get everything done faster and faster. Indeed it would seem that even the spiritual path must be traversed more quickly and speedily. But I am here to remind you that there is no hurry, in fact you have a lifetime (and more) to find your way home and journey back into your heart to the truth of who you are.

There is a great freedom to be found in silence, in nothingness, in stillness. There is great space to be found in the quiet moments, in the long, drawn out moments of eternity that are awaiting you when you dare to stop and listen.

Real evolution, real progress takes time.. takes a lifetime (or two, or three!) So don’t worry about figuring it all out now, you don’t have to know EVERYTHING, in fact one of the greatest delights of being human is NOT knowing, accepting that there are some things that cannot be known, the great mysteries of life are not there to be “GOT’ or ‘ATTAINED’ they are there to help you question, to wonder, to think, to breathe, to LIVE!

Remember, it’s not a competition, there is no reward for being first past the post, the finishing line does not have to be got to as quickly as possible because in reality there is no finishing line, there is only the slow inevitable realisation that this LIFE that you are trying so hard to whizz through IS YOUR CURRICULUM, IT IS YOUR JOURNEY HOME. So take more moments to LIVE THAT LIFE more fully and more in your heart.

To understand and accept the truth of who you really are, requires patience, persistence and acceptance. It’s not a race, it’s GRACE that gets you there. It’s not the mind, not the badge, not the NEXT, but what’s HERE NOW, before you and within you.

You are a beautiful, magnificent ANGEL, please know that – and in this moment you are perfect just the way you are. So why not spend your precious time in that MOMENT, loving who you are and loving all those that are around you. There is no better time than now to stop and as my dear friend Ram Dass says – BE HERE, NOW.

If you wish to get ‘enlightened’ then LIGHTEN UP, LAUGH and make the most of every moment. Slow down, relax and all will reveal itself in good time – love the adventure of being human and enjoy every precious experience that life sends you.

There can be little doubt that right now upon your planet it is as if you have all hit the fast forward button. You are all moving very fast, being very busy, but where are you going? What is the purpose to your speed?

There is something quite attractive about the fast pace of life, but also there is something to be said about taking things slowly, allowing things to naturally unfold (rather than forcing them) and having a little PATIENCE.

Patience is one of those words that my own channel Joseph struggles with – it sounds like an obligation word, but actually, it’s an invitation to slow down to allow the beauty and perfection to reveal itself before you. Just as a flower takes it’s time to flower, first the bud, then the slow beautiful unfurling of the petals and the opening of the flower to its full bloom – So it is with you! You are that flower, that same beauty is within you, waiting to come to full bloom. But just like an impatient gardener you want to bloom NOW! And when you do not flower, when life does not work the way you want it to and you feel that you have not done enough then you are hard on yourselves and do not let yourself off.

The journey towards enlightenment is a lifelong one, it is not something that happens overnight, and certainly it is not something to be forced, if you are not kind and gentle to yourself then you will find yourself always in self-judgement. Not the most useful state to be in when you wish to flower! So, might I suggest another approach? Be PATIENT with yourselves, let yourself have the TIME to gently explore each step of the spiritual adventure called life.

Practice makes perfect, nobody gets it right FIRST time, so let yourself OFF when you make a mis-step or stumble. Celebrate the progress you do make and be patient and kind when things don’t go quite right. You are an angel yes! And you are also a human being having a wonderful adventure. So be patient with yourself, you will not always get it right, and that’s quite alright!

Remember practice makes perfect, so when you do make a mistake, mess up or just get it plain wrong – consider it practicing for perfection – one day (very soon, we believe) you’ll have this bit of the journey sorted, and then? The next chapter and the next part of the adventure begins!

Life is a wonderful thing, so allow yourself the time to enjoy it. Be patient with yourself and kind to yourself – all my love Emmanuel xxx ❤️?

I know that for many of you right now your planet feels as if it is in shadow, as if it is sinking into darkness like day turning to night, but I promise you this is not the case!

When you are in shadow it is difficult to see beyond its reach, fear comes in does it not? And whispers into your ear that if you are not careful that soon all will be infected with the dark tendrils of shadow, that darkness will consume all! But again I promise you this is not the case.

It is all a matter of perspective, when you are IN the darkness of course it feels all consuming but when you take a step back, a step up out of that darkness, you can see it for what it is, merely illusionary shadow dancing across the stage of your planet. Like clouds that cross and block out the sun, the shadow is only a cursory break from the sun that will inevitably shine again once the cloud has passed. So now is the time to learn to cloud-bust!

How does one bust the clouds of fear, the threat of darkness and fear? Simple my dear sweet angel.. BE THE LIGHT.

Already their are millions on your planet being the light, and when you decide to be the light too, so the balance begins to shift, the shadows begin to dissipate and the earth lights up. From where I am, I wish to tell you that actually your planet is more LIGHT than DARK, those millions of light bulbs are brightening not dimming your planet and yes I know that fear tells you that things are getting worse, but I promise you once again this is not the case! From where I stand I see all that ever was and where are you now? You are far further along the path to a heaven on earth than you think. And no, I am not being sentimental, I am not being romantic, I am speaking TRUTH. Right now you are further along the path than you have ever been in your evolutionary history.

So why not take that next step on that path? Why not let your light shine more brightly? Why not banish the shadows in your life?
How does one do that? How does one BE THE LIGHT?
SIMPLE – just do one thing a day that brings the light to another, one moment of kindness, one caring thought, one thoughtful action, one heart-opening sharing, one prayer, one act of compassion. Each time you give when your heart is open, so that turns up your inner light, re-enforces your connection to your angel-self and with the ALL THAT IS.

You are an ambassador of LOVE upon this planet, and you are a BRINGER OF THE LIGHT. So bring that light to those around you, but also to yourself. Be kind to you, be generous to you, be loving to YOU. By BEING THE LIGHT you are bringing light not only to your immediate friends, family, and community, but also helping to illuminate the whole world! BE THE LIGHT dear sweet angel.. be the light. My dear sweet angels, now one year is behind you, let this be a time for setting your intention for the year to come. Remember, you are the authors of your story, noone else, and so it comes to you to decide HOW you would like the coming year, your next chapter in the story of your lives to be!

It’s an exciting time of year, mainly because the year awaits ahead of you waiting to be shaped. How will you shape yours? What will you write into your next chapter? The universe is awaiting your direction, your lives are awaiting your direction.

What will you put into 2017? Might I suggest and proffer that you add a little fun and perhaps a little lightness? There has been too much solemnity and too much darkness in your lives recently so let 2017 be a year to bring the light and the joy back into your lives.There will be habits that you will want to let go of, and new exciting things you will wish to bring in.

This time at the commencement of the year is the time to write the story YOU wish to live out. So if you are willing, why not sit down for a moment and write the next chapter of your life? What sort of adventures do you wish to have? What new experiences do you wish to explore? What do want to bring in, and what would you like to leave behind in the last chapter? This is a time of renewal, a time of making a new commitment to your-selves. A time to make a promise to to you to live life to the full and make sure that you are full of life!

I invite you to dare to create a new storyline, one that brings you fun, lightness, joy and delight! Remember that I, and your angels are ALWAYS with you, so as you write, know we are with you, helping you to dare to dream, to know that ALL IS POSSIBLE (for surely it truly is!) – So dear sweet angel, may all your dreams come to fruition, may all those that you love be happy, at peace, and full of love. May 2017 be the year that you let your light shine more fully! – All my love Emmanuel

It may seem to you that to change the world is an impossible task. How can I really make a difference? I’m just one person, can I really change the world? The answer is simple – YES YOU CAN!

To change the world, just do ONE thing, one SIMPLE thing and you will in your own action be helping to change the world. Small steps, simple actions can become great leaps. Don’t keep your difference making actions to yourself, SHARE them.

Now on your planet with the wonders of the inter-web and social-networks you can share your good deeds, your kindnesses, your social action, your community care and call others to follow your lead. If you move into action, if you do even the smallest kindness for another and share it, then it encourages others to follow your lead.

Kindness is infectious, it ripples out into the universe and sends ripples across the inter-web that stirs, in those that read of your selfless actions, the heart response that says ‘YES!’ , “Yes, to doing something to change the world” and ‘YES I REALLY CAN’.

So we, your angels encourage you to do something however small, do it with your friends, do it with your family, do it with your children. Show them that this world can be a kind, generous, loving and compassionate place. By doing these simple things you ARE Changing the world, one step at a time, and remember that by taking that step you are leaving a path for others to follow.

If you all took just one step, all of you who are reading this, well, dearest ones that would be one GREAT LEAP would it not? So take that step, go do what you can to change the world for someone and by changing their world.. even if for just one single moment, you ARE changing the world.

There is no doubt that in your life now, there will be difficulties and dramas of one sort or another going on. Its the nature of the human journey for there to be bumps in the road, and off-path adventures to be had!

The human experience is a full-on emotional rollercoaster at times, and that IS how it is supposed to be. Its not supposed to be simple, perfect, easy ALL the time (although it is often much more simple than how you make it, and you can have perfection quite a lot of the time if you choose it!) – Life is by its very nature designed to have its ups and its downs. If there were no down, how would you experience the up? If there were no lows how would you experience the highs? It would be dull indeed to just have one dimension to your life.

The world that you live in is one of opposites, hot-cold, love-fear, up-down, positive-negative, and your purpose is not to find perfection or the highest place to be but to find equilibrium, peace and most of all to be in LOVE.

You see no matter what ‘shows up’ in your life, know that it is you or your higher angel-self that has brought it to you. There are no accidents, there are no mistakes. So whatever comes into your life, comes for a reason. Do not agonize over why, just gently accept, and learn and grow from whatever comes.. you are never sent anything that you cannot deal with, this we promise.

Sure, there are times when you are stretched to your limits, but are not limits not there to be stretched? Is that not how one grows and expands into the next biggest version of who you are? But what when you are pushed beyond your breaking point? I hear your minds cry out! Well sometimes you must break down that which you think you are, so that you might crack open and allow the real you, the angelic you, to emerge like a flower daring to poke up out of the snow as winter turns into spring.

You see you are always blossoming, you are always learning and we your angels applaud your progress every step of the way. You are remarkable, and we are so admirous of you! You are a real star, a magnificent angel of whom we are so very proud!

So please hear that whatever is happening right now in your lives.. ALL WILL BE WELL. I promise, that anything that comes into your life is not so that you might shrink away, to make you smaller, but to help you to take that next step, that next leap forwards with your growth.. It is another opportunity to say YES! And another staging post on the Journey home.

There is a general misunderstanding that in order to be spiritual you must ‘work hard’ at it. This quite simply put is a fallacy. If you think that you must be austere with yourself be that in thoughts word or deed/practice then I am sorry to say but you are ‘doing’ it wrong!

Firstly the spiritual journey is not designed to be hard! Yes there are challenges along the way and lessons to take on board but it’s not designed to be hard it is designed to be the easy path. Already I hear your minds go into flux

‘but Emmanuel surely we must work on ourselves to attain enlightenment? Is that not what all the holy books say?’

No! You do not need to work on yourselves you need to LOVE yourselves! THE most important spiritual ‘work’ (and we would much rather you called it play by the way!) you have to do is to fall completely and utterly head over heels in love not with another but with your own dear sweet selves. Then when you are full to the brim with self-love THEN you will discover that life and the spiritual journey are not hard work but blissful and joyful. Laughter will become your soundtrack as you dance through life.

Will their be tough and demanding days? Of course because the human adventure will always have its ups and downs and sometimes you need kicks to grow. But you know when you are in that place called love with yourself it is amazing how much simpler and easier life becomes.

Many ‘teachers’ will tell you that the spiritual path is a difficult one that requires dedication, graft and practice practice practice! But I say that all you need do is practice loving you, all of you.. The good bits, the bad bits, the crazy bits, the emotional bits, the wrinkly bits, the wobbly bits.. Love all that you are because all that you are is very special indeed and when you love yourself fully? Then you become enlightened.. Literally ‘with light’ because your inner light, will be beaming forth for you are a being of light and so nothing is more simple or more easy than being enlightened!!

Dear sweet angels i am here today to remind you of an essential truth..

All that you are, all that you are being is perfect. You are perfect just the way you are. Do not worry what others think of you because no matter what your mind and fear tells you, you ARE loved and you ARE love.

Oh dear sweet angel how I wish you could see me as I see you! I do not see your imperfections because I look not through the lens of fear but the lens of love. I see you as the magnificent angel that you are!

So maybe it is time to change what lens you use.. So you might see the truth of who you are also? Choose love and everything and everyone in the world becomes so beautiful, it is breathtaking. Just as you are when you stand in your own power, when you do not give your power away to others by fearing what they think of you. When you can remain true to yourself even when you disappoint another then you are standing in your own power, when you love yourself without need for another’s approval or love then the divine power of love is yours..

Hold true to yourself. You are enough, you are more than enough you are beautiful, and perfect just the way you are. Love your imperfections, your doubts your fears and watch them dissolve in the ocean of love that is within you. Love who you are because love IS who you are. Never apologise for being loving and kind never apologise for being in love. You are amazing..

And we, your angels applaud you every single day for daring to make a stand for love by just being the wonderful you that you are. You are very very special and you are very very loved please know that.. All my love Emmanuel and your angels xxx

There is no greater love on the planet than self-love.
Yes of course it is lovely to give and receive love but ultimately that love must start with yourself.

You see when you love yourself fully and totally, then all other love is a bonus. Now we know that this is perhaps easier said than done in your world, however we promise you that when you fall back in love with yourself and all your perceived imperfections that you will find that life and everything in it becomes that bit easier.

We know that many of your struggle with the concept of self-love.

“Isn’t self love selfish Emmanuel?” – yes it is and I am here today to tell you that there is nothing wrong with being selfish!

You see so many of you give your love away but you leave your own tank of love running on empty and there is not enough at the end of the day for your own dear sweet selves. Because you ARE love then it is important to keep topping up that tank, filling yourself with love so that then when you give, you give more freely, more abundantly and without condition or needs or wants.

So being selfish is actually a good thing, because when you fill yourself first you will then have so much more to give to those you love and even to those that you do not know! Random acts of kindness and love come spontaneously when you are full of love. You are no longer dependent on the love of others, you can see the dance, the intertwined webs of relationships and needs and desires. You begin to understand that LOVE is not an external but an INTERNAL thing. You must give love firstly to yourself, then to others.

Dear sweet angel know that we your angels love you, unconditionally. You are SO LOVED and SO HELD by the all that is.

Simply close your eyes now, and feel that love as it flows from us to you.. Really, let that love in, let yourself be nourished and given to. You see everyone deserves to be happy, deserves to be loved. So LOVE WHO YOU ARE, you are a beautiful, magnificent angel, who is very loveable, very loveable indeed!
