Let me talk to you for a minute if I may about joy. When did you decide that you were not allowed it? What heinous crime do you feel that you have committed that forbids its presence in your life?
You are a child of God, you are an angel of the highest order! You have done nothing wrong. And certainly nothing so terrible as to deny you basic birthright to have JOY in your life.
You see you are JOY incarnate, you are JOY made flesh.
Yes you are born with many human frailties too, but that is all part of the divine plan as you are all too aware of.
And so embrace your humanity, and let yourself off the need to restrict yourself. There are infinite possibilities and you dearest ones are the creators of your lives.
So design, create, sculpt and shape!
You are the authors of your own lives, the painters of your futures.
So paint with LOVE and re-introduce joy back into your lives
Why? Because life is so much more fun when there is JOY in it!
Life is so much more satisfying when you finally realise that it is not designed by another but by you, the creator, author, director and designer.
Embrace your brilliance and embrace JOY.
And be kind to yourselves dearest ones, be.. KIND.

I am here to remind you of something that you may have forgotten.. You are not alone, you have guardian angels that walk with you every second of everyday. There is a misunderstanding that when life gets tough, and the burdens of life become almost overwhelming that it is your responsibility and yours alone to carry those burdens and ‘work hard’ in order to get through difficult times. This is simply not true and it is unnecessary.
You see life is not designed to be hard and tough, indeed that is the very reason that you were born with angels at your side, at your service – to help make it easier! I am here to tell you that WE your angels are with you not as silent witnesses to your life, but as an active support and help in the sometimes difficult and challenging human adventure. Think of us as your support team if you will. We are the sherpas and local guides that are there with you on this adventure, to carry your packs and burdens to help you along the way, so that you can ENJOY the adventure that lies ahead for you, without the baggage that you do so love to carry along with you!
So consider this a reminder, I hope a timely reminder that it is time to stop trying to do it all by yourself, its just not how the plan was designed. The human experience is not a test, it is an adventure in remembrance. Remember?
Aah.. you see now I can see you all having that eureka moment.
So while I have you I will finish with this – Its time to hand over your burdens, your worries, your fears. Let us, your angels take them for you. They do not serve you, they only inhibit you, and this is precisely what we are here to do – To help, to support, to guide and to share this wonderful human journey with you. So tonight after you read this, call us to you and hand over all your burdens to us. Let us carry the load for a while, let us be of assistance, let us be of service, to you, our dear beloved angels sisters and brothers. We promise that we are here for you now and always.

There is a misconception on your planet that I wish to address.. the belief that you are on your own, that it is just ‘you vs the world’. This is just not true. There are many many beings who are with you on your journey, some in form, some not. When you are born and come into form there are many of your angel brethren who are born at the same time or around the same time (for where we are there is no such thing as time) these are your angel brothers and sisters who you invited to join you on this next magical journey into ‘human-hood’. Then there are angels that are assigned to each individual angel when they start on their journey. 

You see no journey into being human is ever started alone.. when you breathe your first air and realise just how tight it is to be in a tiny human body, there in front of you and beside you will be your guardian angels. They are there from the moment of your birth to the leaving of your body. Whether you perceive them or not, is another matter, but we ARE always there I promise you! 

I know that for many of you the human life can be a lonely one at times, times when you feel down or upset. You feel as though it is just you.. and I promise you that even in your darkest days and moods there is an angel just by your side loving you and holding you. 

“Well” You say, “that sounds lovely Emmanuel and I’m sure you mean well, but how do I know that what you are saying is the truth, I don’t feel my angels’ 

Well this is because dearest ones that there is a little trick, a rule if you will about how we your angels are allowed to engage with you. Consider it a universal rule of the universe.. (and here I am letting you into a secret, I am ‘lifting the veil’ so that you might be able to connect more readily with your angels) are you ready?? 

– and it is this: You must invite us in. 

“what on earth are you on about Emmanuel, invite you in? What does that mean?”

– in its simplest form it means talk to us. Ask us for help, ask to feel us, ask us to hold you, to talk to you, to be with you! You see until you ask we cannot intervene, this is just the law of the universe, some of you will know it as ‘free will’. But once you ask for help we jump right in like bodyguards (although we are more angel-self guards really and do what we can to help. 

There.. I have revealed a great secret to you. But do not take my word for it, test it! Collect the evidence for yourselves! There are certain times in your calendar/timetable that are more conducive than others to make the connection with our world and ‘lift the veil’ more easily.. so if you are starting out I would recommend that you do it around these times: Your dawn, your twilight, the moment you rise, the moment you are about to sleep. During full moons and equinoxes. On starry clear nights, and in moments of joy, and in moments of emotion. These are just a few of the moments.. there are more, but as you can see there are many! 

And what precisely do you do? Well just ask your angels to hold you, that is a start.. and then let your senses soften and you will feel our angelic embrace, wrapping you in our wings and surrounding you in our love and light. It will be a revelation to you to know that you are no longer alone in your dark times.. and we have an endless supply of love, support and HUGS! Us Angels love to hug and we love to give. So call on us, and let us be with you.. Not just on the bad days, but the good days too! 

And.. do not forget your angel brethren that came into form too, many you will have already met – you know, the friends that you feel you have known forever?? – well, funnily enough, you have!! So why not spend a little moment today re-connecting with your angel brothers and sisters that are in form too, that have come into this existence to share the magical human experience with you! Tell them you love them and you’re glad that they decided to come down and share this adventure with you. They will love you for it, and you well you will know that you are never alone.

There are many of you out there, my dear sweet channel amongst them who are struggling with fear at the moment.

There is so much that is apparently out of your control, that is ‘unknown’ and wherever there are such things in your life the bony hand of fear grips onto yours and refuses to let go. The mind begins to go into overdrive and the heart is given a back seat.

Fear is in the drivers seat – ‘buckle up! Its going to be a bumpy ride!’ he says.. ‘But don’t worry, you’re in safe hands!’.

And so you let go of what you know in your hearts to be true and become a passenger on fears’ ride to nowhere.

You see, the mind (when in the grip of fear) can play terrible tricks with you and fear is a master of illusion! But do not worry.. for I have a very simple way to get out of fear’s car and step back onto solid ground!

You see fear is like a playground bully.. he is like the shadows under the bed that used to haunt you as a child. Once you stand up to her, once you shine a light on that shadow, suddenly she disappears. He is only so much hot air.. it is bravado and illusion. It is smoke and mirrors. He/she is not real. The ONLY reality is love.

And fear, well fear cannot exist in the face of love.

Fear melts at the sight of love.

So what to do? Embrace your fears dearest ones, do not run away from them, do not shrink into the shadows. Go on, DO it now.

Say darn it! and embrace your fears and watch them melt away.

You are a child of god, a wondrous angel who is a beacon of love. Embrace your fear with that LOVE that you are and it will disappear just as when you shine a light on the darkness it can no longer exist.. the shadows melt away lit up as they are by the light. So it is when you expose fear for what it truly is, so IT can no longer exist.

So go on.. why not HUG a fear today! And watch it melt and transform into the only thing that is.. LOVE.

And if the fear seems too big, why just hold out your hands and we shall go running together, you, me and your angels and we shall all EMBRACE that fear TOGETHER. You see you need never face anything alone.. ESPECIALLY your fears.

Let us in and let us help you and together we can HUG our way back to happiness and a fear free life!

As you look out of your window today can you see the sun? Is it shining where you are? Can you see its brilliance? Can you feel its warmth? Can you see it shining from within? Can you see its inner glow?

Did you know that the sun is a perfect reflection of the truth of who you are? – YOU are that brilliance, YOU are that warmth, YOU are shining from within and YOU are that inner glow.

You see all around you the world that you live in reflects your beauty, your perfection.. You are a child of god, you are an angel, you are a illumined being.

You are a being of light, and when we, your angels look at you, we see that brightness, we feel that warmth, we stare in awe at your brilliance, we see you shining from within, and we smile.. for you are so magnificent, so beautiful and we so love you!

You shine brighter than a thousand suns, if only you dare believe it.

So embrace you magnificence, and next time you see the sun, let it be a reminder of the truth of who you are. A being of light – lighting the world with your brilliance!

There is a major disease on your planet. It is causing much heartbreak and unnecessary suffering. It is the dis-ease of being out of love with your-selves.

To be out of love with your-self is to be out of touch with the truth of who you really are. There is a feeling of being out of balance, being ‘out of sorts’. This is because you have separated the angel you (your real self) from your human self. In reality there is no separation, you are angel and human both.

I have mentioned this many times before, and I am here today to remind you that if you were to see you as I see you all then you would have no problem in falling back in love with yourselves. For you are magnificent beings of light. Radiating love and light in a world of darkness.

You see many of you have been caught by the illusion, been caught up in the fear that you are unworthy of love. That you have committed some heinous crime just by forgetting and being human. But that is what you are here to do dearest ones! To be human, to forget, to embrace your human frailties and love them regardless. 

It can be hard to love, your anger, your guilt, your shame, your human frailties, and yet it is a perfect part of who you are. Yes, it is a part of your angel-self having this human experience. So do not push that part of you away, indeed embrace it. Love it. Own it. Can you see what wonderful amazing beautiful beings you are?

How brave to come into the world of forgetting and dare to be you in all your imperfections! We admire and honour your journey into the illusion. We are applauding your work right now, we are so very proud of you and all that you do. It is a miracle that you remember at all, so please remind yourself that perfection is not the aim. The aim is to remember, and to catch yourself remembering more and more. It is to be human yes, but also to remember your angel-self and bring that more and more into your lives, into your work and into every interaction you have.

So how do you bring your-self into balance? How do you reconnect with the truth of who you are? Simply own your divinity as much as you own your humanity.. Yes, you heard me right. Embrace you angel-self as often as you embrace your human frailties. Notice the angel you as often as you notice the human you. Realise that one is not possible without the other. This is a journey of unity, not of division. When you begin to embrace your angel-self, you will find that it comes more and more into your life, and you will find that you are loving your-self more and more.

You see? Falling in love with yourself, is much easier than you think. So as you would fall in love with another, their angel self and their human self.. fall in love with yourselves too. It really is that easy.

A great saint once said – love thy neighbour as you would love yourself.. He was right. So fall in love with yourselves, go on.. and we your angels will be with you.

I am here today to remind you all, that it is quite OK to forget, to not get it right, to get stuck and to get caught in the webs that the world of illusion that you live in weaves so cleverly. It is all part of the design, and it is all part of the plan.. it is all perfect. 

“Perfect?? Emmanuel.. really? You sure about that?” – I hear you all say.

 Yes. Its all perfect. IT always is. Its just that sometimes its not very clear, its not very obviously so. And that dearest ones is why I am talking to you today. To remind you, to get happy with imperfection and to embrace your ‘human frailties’ as I like to call them, and remember the truth of who you really are. 

You were born into this form, this human form so that you could experience what it was like to be in form, to experience what it was to laugh, to cry, to rage, to giggle, to love, to learn, to forget and then to remember. The vehicle in which you came into your world was designed perfectly in all its imperfections so that you might all have the opportunity to really ENJOY what it is to be in a body, to experience life away from home… 

Remember what it was like to be away from home the first time? Everything was an adventure! Everything was something to be embraced and fully experienced! So embrace your imperfection and learn to love ALL of you, your human frailties included.. They are a part of you too. And when it all gets a bit too much, when it all gets a little heavy? Then simply give up! Yes you heard me right.. GIVE UP!

Just lean back and let us your angels take the load from you. We are here, right now, as I am speaking and you are reading this we are with you. 

So lean back, go on.. do it now. 

Lean back into our embrace, let us hold you. There is no need to hold on to fear any longer, you can let that go.

Trust us. 

Come back into remembrance, come back into our arms. 

We promise we will not let you fall, we will merely hold you and love you. Protect you and help you to come back into the flow, into the love of all that is. 

We love you all, imperfections, frailties and flaws we do not see them. When I look at you, all I see is the beauty and the love and the perfection, and one day you will look in the mirror and see what I see, and you will laugh and you will cry, and you heart will fill with love until it is overflowing.. and you will embrace your human frailties with a new vigour and with a new delight. You will love them almost as much as you love you. 

There are times on your planet that it can feel that for all your hard work, for all your dedication for all your service, there seems to be no reply from the universe, no thank you from the powers that be. I can assure you most definitely that this is simply just not the case. 

The machinations of the universe and all that is (And it is a very large thing, the ‘all that is’) do at times take a little time to whir into action. Sometimes it is a little delayed. However at ALL TIMES when you put good intention and love and kindness into the world, into your lives and those that you touch in your lives (and yes, that does include your work) know that universe is moving, shifting – just for YOU and because of YOU. 

Your work, your life, when it is lived with purpose, joy and love changes the world and literally kick starts the universe into action. Your faith is the oil the lubricates the wheels of the universe.. so keep that faith and know that we your guardian angels are always right here ON HAND whenever you need to have a little celebration, and little happy dance for what you have been doing in your lives. 

If the universe is taking too long, then call us to you and grab our hands.. We love a party and we love to dance! We are here awaiting you right now with party hats, streamers and poppers.. will you join us in the celebration?

“A Celebration Emmanuel? Really?? But it is barely mid-afternoon on Friday afternoon what is there to celebrate??” 

Well dearest ones, the reason for that celebration.. Well it is to celebrate YOU of course and all the miraculous wonderfulness that you are!! 

So keep the faith, and know that we your angels are with you..

There is a misconception on your planet that your aim is to become pure angels, to strive with dedication and virtue towards an idealised almost god-like perfection. Yes, there are some on your planet to whom this is an realisable goal, they are your great saints and sages. I wish however to give you a different perspective. 

Maybe it is not your job to be perfect.. maybe it is not your job to be perfection. Maybe a point has been missed, maybe you are being too hard on yourselves, and maybe it is time to get ‘real’ and be just a little kinder to yourselves! 

You see your human existence is not meant to be a test, it is not meant to be hard work, it was meant in order to bring you joy and excitement and adventure! So give up on being perfect, there are no happy perfectionists! And start LIVING. 

Yes you are an angel but you are also a human being with all the wonderful imperfections being human brings. Embrace your imperfection, and embrace the beauty that is within you.

It is not your job to shy away from the world, to lock yourself in a cave up in the mountains and sit cross legged and find god. God is within you, it is your own dear sweet angel self, the ‘real you’ if you will. But this ‘real you’ is not something to be perfected, IT is already perfect. It is your job, your role, your mission to see how you can serve your real you, your angel self and still be human living in this, at times all too ‘real’ human world. 

You see being an angel in the ‘real world’ is EXACTLY why you were incarnated. It is not your job to fight the world, to escape it, it is your job to live IN it, to be IN it and through your being in it, to transform it. 

You see you were born with great gifts and skills and talents that you just can’t see yet, because you’re not looking for them in the right place.. Just look within. 

That’s right, look within now. 

See that inner glow, that light emanating from inside your chest? 

It is your heart, dearest one, your spiritual heart. There in lies all that you are looking for, all that you yearn for.. it is the essence of you. 

The angel self. 

To bring that sweet essence with you into your lives, THAT is what it is to be human and angel combined. That is what this life is all about. Yes there will be ups and there will be downs, but that is what makes the journey so interesting dearest ones. 

Just imagine for a moment of a world and life that was perfect.. Oh, how dreadfully dull it would be. How monotonously perfect… 

Where is the excitement? the adventure? The JOY??!! – now that’s what being human and angel is all about, doesn’t it sound exciting? Doesn’t it sound just GREAT?

So live your life, yes! Just bring a little piece of the real you, that angel you with you.. let the essence of you infuse into all of your life, and before you know it, being an angel in the ‘real world’ – well, it will be just who and what you are!!

In your world there is a tendency to put off anything that is about you, and for just you. There are always, it would appear, more important people than you on your list. Your children, your family, your parents, your friends, your work colleagues, your partners.. But really there should be noone more important on your list than YOU. Why? Because you and your mission, your own self-exploration are vital, not only for you but for all those that you currently put above you on your ‘to do list’.

So dearest ones I am encouraging you to be more ‘Self-ish’!

Yes you read me correctly, I am saying that YOU are more important than anyone else.. WHY? Because if you start to believe that, if you start to really fall back in love with your-Self then you will be all the more wonderful and wondrous to be around. Not only that but you will be able to BE there for others on a whole new level. Not out of a necessity or because you have prioritised them over your-Self but because it feels so natural to share and to help once your Love has been filled up to the brim!

So take a moment.. take it now dear, sweet angel to give your-Self a little time and a little love. Give yourself a taste of the wondrous feast of love that you lay out for others to feed upon. Feed your-Self first, and no-one will ever go hungry ever again.

You see when you are truly Self-ish you are being of service to your-Self so that you might be of better service to all. Change this one small thing, and you serve not only those around you, but the planet as a whole. Change your-Self, and you change the world. – All my love, Emmanuel xxx
